Privacy Policy

Leo Personal Drive is a private application operated by Mihai Jdovanu for his own Google account. This policy describes its use of Google user data.

Data accessed

The application requests only Google's drive.file scope. It can access Google Drive files created by the application or explicitly opened or used with it. It does not request a scope for all Drive files, Gmail, contacts or calendars.

How data is used

Leo creates and retrieves files only to perform tasks requested by Mihai, such as storing a selected note or reading an archived file. The application does not automatically upload the full contents of Mihai's computer, server, chat history or Obsidian vault.

Storage and retention

Selected files are stored in Mihai's Google Drive until he deletes them. OAuth credentials are stored on Mihai's private Hermes server with restricted filesystem permissions. When Mihai explicitly asks Leo to process a file, its contents may be temporarily handled on that server. A local copy can remain only when the requested task requires one; it is not created as a default mirror of Drive.

Sharing and AI processing

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. The application does not share files with other Google Drive users by default. If Mihai asks Leo to analyse or transform a file, the necessary contents may be sent to the AI model provider configured for that task. This happens only for the requested task.

Control and deletion

Mihai can delete archived files in Google Drive and can revoke the application's access from his Google Account connections. For questions or deletion requests, contact contact@totheskyads.eu.
